Refund Policy for Services

Cancellations:

Appointments canceled at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule without penalty.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.

Missed Appointments:

Sessions missed without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.

Rescheduling:

You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours before your appointment without any additional charges.

Refund Policy for Spirit Art and Products

Custom Spirit Art Orders:

Due to the personalized nature of Spirit Art, refunds are not available once the creation process has begun.

If you need to cancel your order before work has started, a full refund will be provided.

Digital or Shipped Products:

Refunds for physical products (e.g., Spirit Art prints, cards) are available only for items that arrive damaged or defective.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange a return or replacement.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

Downloadable Content:

All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, reschedule, or report a damaged item:

  1. Email info@exploretheseaofqi.com with your name, order or appointment details, and a brief explanation of your request.
  2. Attach photos if reporting damaged or defective items.
  3. Allow up to 5 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued via your original payment method.
